Very good. The staff is friendly and follows through. Went out of their way to make things right. Historically — going back a couple of years — my only feedback would be to try to get it right the first time. I understand working with sound and devices takes a couple of tries sometimes, but when going to Glenn Ellyn it took 3-4 trips which is a long hike for me. Palatine is closer, but still takes several trips. I feel if selling various vendor aids, staff needs to be versed in them.
That said — staff has always been friendly, professional and top notch. No complaints with the people.
I? very impressed with Dr Bender’s skills as an audiologist and love how she listens to my needs and answers my questions thoroughly. She and her staff are friendly and make going to an audiologist pleasant.

SUE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME SOME NEEDED BATTERIES FOR MY OLD HEARING AID…IT WAS A HUGE HELP, THE OTHER OLD HEARING AID WAS BROKEN AND SHE IS SENDING IT TO BE REPAIRED AND I WILL PAY THAT COST…I HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH SUE…LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING SUE. HELEN
