The whole experience was way beyond expectations. I was scheduled only to check my ears and a ?dead? left hearing aid. Turns out both were bad. I was able to get a same day hearing test to determine what hearing aids I needed at another office in Glen Ellyn. Dru was accommodating, courteous, friendly and so wonderful to work with. I feel like angels were looking out for me to guide me to her expertise. She listened carefully to my needs and did everything to get me some hearing aids quickly (even came in early to help me). I been having trouble with my Signia hearing aid, and I am not sure what is the trouble. I go to the doctor to have them check it. But it seems that when I am there it sounds really good. I work with lots of noise of machineries & traffic passing by. If I move my head a the wrong way it shots silence. I don? think it has anything to do with the Doctors, but with the quality of the hearing aid. I give the Signia a 3 star.
