The whole experience was way beyond expectations. I was scheduled only to check my ears and a ?dead? left hearing aid. Turns out both were bad. I was able to get a same day hearing test to determine what hearing aids I needed at another office in Glen Ellyn. Dru was accommodating, courteous, friendly and so wonderful to work with. I feel like angels were looking out for me to guide me to her expertise. She listened carefully to my needs and did everything to get me some hearing aids quickly (even came in early to help me). Thank you so much!
