Dr. Nanduri was very impressive. She took the time to explain the hearing aids to me. She explained my hearing impairment which was highly consistent with my experiences and my difficulties with them which led me to stop using them. She emphasized the fact that hearing them could reduce further decline in my hearing. She set up a plan to resume wearing the hearing aids in a way which would result in success. This will be started in the near future.
I have been going to the GE office for a couple of years. Now that I’m in Wheaton, the Naperville office is closer. Dr. Megan made a couple of adjustments, was pleasant and efficient. We talked about the Widex promotion and decided that it wasn’t a good fit for me.
Mellissa is so good at what she does. She listens, asks questions and then addresses the concern and she will do whatever it takes to find a solution. And she has solved my problems. She is amazing professional and friendly as well. I have recommended her to friends of mine who have hearing problems. She is sincere in caring for patients!
